没有月费，没有广告费。15%的佣金只从已付款的订单中计算。No fees and no marketing spend. Our 15% commission comes only from bookings that are already paid.
没有空等的风险No risk of an empty hold
未付款的客人不会入住，您的房子不会白白为人保留。A guest who has not paid does not arrive, so your unit is never held for nothing.

合作流程How it works
从签约到客人入住，五步完成。From contract to check-in, in five steps.
- 签订双语代理协议We sign a bilingual agency agreement中文和俄文在同一份合同中。Chinese and Russian in one document.
- 我们找到客人并发送预订申请We find the guest and send you a booking request您在24小时内确认房源、日期和价格，并开具账单。You confirm the unit, dates and price within 24 hours and issue an invoice.
- 客人在俄罗斯向我们付清全款The guest pays us in full in Russia付款有正式收据，客人受合同保护。With an official receipt and a contract that protects the guest.
- 入住前，我们以人民币向您全额支付房费Before check-in, we pay your share in full in CNY银行转账，付款当日发送付款凭证。By bank transfer; we send the payment confirmation the same day.
- 客人入住，您办理境外人员住宿登记The guest checks in; you register them with the police续住和再次入住，均通过我们按同样条件办理。Extensions and repeat stays are booked through us on the same terms.
合作条件Terms

- 入住前以人民币银行转账，依据合同和发票Before check-in, CNY bank transfer, against contract and invoice从俄罗斯汇款约需7–10个工作日，请提前提供开户银行和SWIFT代码。Transfers from Russia take about 7–10 working days; please share your bank and SWIFT code in advance.

2026/27年冬季三亚合作伙伴名单将于11月1日确定。这样我们才能及时销售1月、2月和3月的房源。Our list of Sanya partners for winter 2026/27 closes on 1 November, so that we can sell January, February and March in time.
